Finn Considine

Finn has over ten years’ experience in private practice advising clients on commercial and residential property transactions, including sales and acquisitions, large-scale site assemblies and establishing development schemes involving the formation of management company structures. He has also advised landlords and tenants on commercial leasing matters and acted on a number of banking and corporate deals.
Before joining doherty solicitors, Finn worked in the Property departments of leading Dublin law firms. He has been recognised in the European Legal 500 for his work in real estate and he lectured on the Law Society of Ireland’s Diploma in Commercial Property in 2025.
Finn graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2009 and an Honours Masters in Law from Trinity College, Dublin in 2010. He also completed a Diploma in Taxation in Dublin Business School in 2012.
